French auto-journo hauled off for espionage {Autoblog}

Jul 17th 2008 5:43PM This smells like something McLaren could be involved in to get even with Renault for their F1 team getting their hands on McLaren floppy disks. Is there no end to the F1 scandals? Will Max Mosley ever find sexual satisfaction? Will Kimi stay or go? Only time will tell.

Bush approves offshore drilling to spur on Congress {Autoblog Green}

Jul 16th 2008 9:46AM Good for Bush. There is at least one pragmatic person still in Washington.

Bush says no bailouts for automakers {Autoblog}

Jul 16th 2008 9:40AM Gary, if you think Bush is dumb, be sure to cast your vote for Obama in November. You will find out what dumb really is.

Obama calls GM a "sobering reminder" of U.S. economy woes {Autoblog}

Jul 15th 2008 6:54PM Michigan and Obama are sobering reminders of what liberal policies can do to a state and a country. I hope we can wake up and get going in the direction our founding fathers had in mind before the good ship United States crashes into the proverbial rocks and never recovers from the collision.

EPA devalues human life, possibly to help avoid new regulations {Autoblog Green}

Jul 14th 2008 10:05AM What a bozo. I mispelled Dan Quisenberry's name in my earlier comment. My apology to Dan. He was quite a person.

EPA devalues human life, possibly to help avoid new regulations {Autoblog Green}

Jul 14th 2008 9:44AM Talk about overstating the value of a human life. The late great Dan quisenbuery put his life's worth at $14.00+ when asked what he was worth. Dan was making a very healthy salary at the time as probably the best relief pitcher going at the time. Based upon Dan's assessment I would put my worth at about 41 cents mostly because of the increase in gas prices.

BMW plans 500 Electric MINIs for California {Autoblog}

Jul 11th 2008 9:45AM Chris, you are just too serious for me. Of course forest fires are carbon neutral. As for oil not being created anymore, I have my doubts since it has been determined that oil fields previously thought to be pumped dry are re-filling themselves. It is an amazing world that we live in except for having to deal with liberals.

GM tells the Feds that the Volt and plug-ins aren't going to help with CAFE {Autoblog}

Jul 11th 2008 9:40AM What is the problem here. My fellow Commie travelers from the old Eastern European block had the Trabant. It got you where you wanted to go, it was environmentally friendly (every part of the car could be burned for heat or eaten when the Commie Commissary was out of everything), and it took up very little space, unlike my brain. Elect me in November, and the only Cafe you will be thinking about is the one that used to do business in your area.

Bugatti Veyron Targa to debut at Pebble Beach {Autoblog}

Jul 10th 2008 12:34PM I'm glad I waited. Having one of these will allow my adoring publice to toss flowers and rose petals into the car as I cruise down the many streets of my 57 state kingdom. It may not be environmentally friendly,but it does have enough power to overcome being up-armored.

BMW plans 500 Electric MINIs for California {Autoblog}

Jul 9th 2008 11:30AM So when is California going to be held accountable for the carbon footprint caused by wild fires? These clowns go all wobbly about vehicle emissions while their state continues to burn. All they need to do is make lightning strikes illegal, and the problem of pollution caused by fires is solved.
