Green Vehicles' Triac officially coming in July, for reals this time {Engadget}
May 16th 2008 12:10AM Hey Nikola,
Did you read that article that you referred to? It states that the U.S. has plenty of "Reserves". This means that they have been stockpiling fuel for military purposes. Of course they are stockpiling reserves because the entire planet will soon be depleted of oil. Read a little further:

Green Vehicles' Triac officially coming in July, for reals this time {Engadget}
May 14th 2008 5:43PM I agree that:
1) The single headlight looks silly,
2) A 3-wheeled vehicle will not be universally accepted (my wife won't let me buy one), and
3) SUV's are unnecessary (after all - they didn't exist a couple decades ago and somehow we were able to get from Point A to Point B).
BUT, kudos to Green Vehicles: many people are in a position to buy one (not married, for example) and are interested in quitting the oil addiction. As more companies stick their neck out and offer new technologies - more will follow and the competition will heat up.

Apr 26th 2008 11:51PM With performance/range similar to the Aptera, but $10K less - seems like a good entry into the arena - maybe the competition will heat up!

Sep 17th 2007 10:40PM Can you picture a round table with a group of mild-mannered professional Japanese businessmen discussing whether or not to publish an ad that might offend the Muslems? Ha! I love it! The Japanese have big balls after all...

3,000 MW of wind power to added in 2007 {Autoblog Green}
May 13th 2007 11:42AM I live in an area where there are a lot of wind-mills and even in the high winds the large blades turn very slowly - it's not like an electric fan that is spinning rapidly. I can't imaging that any bird, or bat, would fly into a blade.
Is Gore waging an "all-out assault on all forms of fossil fuels" and will it hurt our economy? {Autoblog Green}
Mar 22nd 2007 1:23AM Those in the oil industry have plenty of time to plan a career change, but they better start now. As far as the comments from dittohead Tim - wow. I bet you also believe the Earth is 6000 year old, eh?
