Big trucks not the only victims of $4 gas, minivans hurting, too {Autoblog Green}
Jun 9th 2008 11:15PM HYBRID MINIVAN NOW WITH PLUG IN UPGRADE IN THE FUTURE
HONESTLY is it THAT HARD to market a vehicle with future upgrades? MARKET AN AFFORDABLE HSD MINIVAN AND THEN HAVE THE UPGRADES LATER!!!
if it can work with a PRIUS without PHEV in mind, im sure with the idea in their tiny little heads, they'll begin to market something that will shatter sales and have huge waiting lists.
ITS NOT THAT HARD, RELIEF PEOPLE"S PAIN AT THE PUMP
Man in the Box: Driving the 2008 Nissan Cube {Autoblog Green}
Jun 9th 2008 11:10PM wow he was just thinking because look at the fucking thing you goofs, its not even areodynamically sound. There's a reason why he only got 22 mpg... JUST LOOK AT THE FUCKING THING ITS A CUBE FOR GODS SAKE.
it cheats everything in the rules of aerodynamics the only benefit I see here is the actual user space available to the consumer. Im sure the car was marketed with different people in mind since I'm sure a highway commuter would surely pick a Yaris (drag .29) over this boxy trash. (i bet its drag is worse than a chevy tahoe hybrid)

Jun 6th 2008 12:40PM rumored to be 25000 dollars before taxes, although tax credits might bring it down but surely more than 7000 grand than your typical civic but in smaller size, unless they make a bigger version for north American markets... however I do like the current size for downtown commuting here in b.c Vancouver.
The latest ethanol non-fan? Bill Gates {Autoblog Green}
Jun 5th 2008 12:58PM u really think so #3? Even if a volt managed a decent ev range in the future a e85 engine would be more efficient than a fuel cell power plant that costs way more.
since there's already an infrastructure to build ethanol capable engines, but not mass produce fuel cell stacks...

a prime example, i can see b.c taking the same toll very soon.
Everyday it gets harder to drive, roads aren't getting any bigger but the number of drivers will.
