The Lexus LED headlamp uses a HB3 high beam with a noticeable color shift between the low and high beam. Much more noticeable than HID to HB3.

To my knowledge the three swiveling 'punch' optics and the static reflector below for additional width come on at the same time. The front position (park) is between the high beam and the headlamp washer.
