Trapped in a Ford Excursion! {Autoblog Green}

Jun 19th 2008 11:36AM Scott.
The least educated people in this forum are the ones who's knee jerk reaction is to insult because they cannot maintain an intelligent argument or stay on topic.

So you think only stupid people are hurt by the economy? Very insightful.

Trapped in a Ford Excursion! {Autoblog Green}

Jun 18th 2008 7:20PM With the current condition of the economy (thanks Bush) no one can plan on anything. If you have seven in the family then you have 7. It does matter how you ended up with them. Maybe it was a second marriage that brought the increase in kids.
The point is that kids grow and they don't fit it compact cars or vans. Mine go through shoes in an afternoon and eat four times a day. They are also active and have sports events and pets.
I don't think it's wise to have a big family these days, but there are still some out there and very few economic options with idiots like Bush in the white house.

Surprise: No free energy from Archer Quinn {Autoblog Green}

Jun 6th 2008 11:53AM If this guy really had free energy does anyone believe it would be allowed out in the open?
Right, just like the cure for cancer.....

BREAKING: HUMMER may die, 4 GM plants to close, Volt approved for production {Autoblog Green}

Jun 3rd 2008 12:22PM After GM closes four plants in the US and heads off to build cars in Ubekastan, maybe GM will die out. One can only hope.

Mexican crude oil supplies to U.S. to be cut back by 184,000 bpd {Autoblog Green}

May 5th 2008 12:25PM This has been coming for a long time. A president without his head planted in his _ss would have made alternative fuels ready to head off these kinds of problems. It's almost as if Bush will profit somehow, from oil prices going higher.
Oh wait, he will. That's nice to know he'll be taken care of after he loses his job in November.

Turn off CFLs, or leave them on? {Green Daily}

Apr 8th 2008 5:52PM These are just the latest in the Go-Green rip off of America. No one knows what long lasting effects these bulbs will have on the environment or you. They are produced in mass from one company that distributes to all the others. As usual the standard bulbs have been made into the villan of the month. There are staggering health risks from working and living under this new kind of lighting. Use the old bulbs and enjoy.

Converting a Honda VFR from gas to electric at home {Autoblog Green}

Apr 4th 2008 6:53PM My thoughts exactly: Industry leaders should be providing these conversion kits at reasonable prices. After the trend takes off, people will be begging to go to the dealers and pay for the "new" electric bikes.

Washington politician talks the talk, walks the walk {Autoblog Green}

Apr 3rd 2008 11:37AM Nice car and it looks like a good idea. Just try and find one. Most producers of three wheeled cars are looking for investors and can't turn out anything affordable.

Report: Electric cars great on gas, lousy on water {Green Daily}

Mar 18th 2008 4:52PM I appears to me that there is no way a comparison of water usage for current production vehicles to electric vehicles could be created. This kind of an impact would need some actual numbers to be verified. What I have seen is some factions trying anything to delay alternative fuels from being used.
Every last fossil fuel dollar has to be squeezed from American's before this will happen.
