Jun 24th 2008 9:25PM What? Puerto Ricans don't pay federal income tax. neither do people from Guam. And Obama is an absolute fool. He says all sorts of things that are either wrong or stupid, and then he blames his staff for the mistakes. We all know that he will say whatever he wants to get elected and that he is far more liberal than this country can handle. Why won't he support drilling? because it won't bring immediate relief. Ok, but what about 5 years down the road when we are paying $10 a gallon, then maybe it would have helped. McCain is dumb too, with his tax holiday idea, but at least the battery prize thing might actually inspire someone to create something really powerful, without any upfront gov't money. Instead of pouring millions into research which doesn't help us a bit.

You could buy a car in 2004 with manual steering. My Kia Rio has manual steering, no a/c and about manual everything else. It does have power brakes, but that's about it. So in answer to your question, you could buy a car this century with manual steering, but i think the new rios have it standard.

May 3rd 2008 2:36PM This would be perfect for Taiwan. I lived there for awhile and most people ride around on little scooters. So this would be way safer, and keep you dry when it rains, which it does often.

Apr 29th 2008 9:05PM Oh yeah, don't forget to put in a 300 hp motor, and a lot of reinforced steel, and stretch it about 12 inches. It should weigh at least 4500 lbs or so, just to be sure. Sure it will get around 25 mpg hwy, but thats good, right?
