Jul 26th 2008 9:30PM Perhaps you should read the linked article. The 4 cylinder uses less fuel in this application, runs smoother, and weighs less than the 3 cylinder turbo. It addition, it's cheaper and easier to work on.
It sounds like a smart design.

Jun 27th 2008 1:52PM A big question, How about refinement while being able to be a high performing track car?
I've read many reviews of the GT-R stating that it's ride was incredibly harsh. The ZR-1 has been claimed to be a more refined everyday driver (we'll see).
I can only assume that the GTR-V will also ride harshly and perhaps sacrifice other creature comforts to get it's weight down.
