Mercedes rolls out iPhone integration {Autoblog}

Jun 25th 2008 9:52AM Pretty big waste of space if you don't have an iphone.
at least make the spot usable for other stuff too. Like for hidding your pet rocks, or a cool looking acorn you find, maybe they can even make it usable for my high tech device that I have been using long before the iphone, something that never requires recharging, and never has glitches, pen and paper.

Father's Day Sweepstakes, Day 5: TomTom ONE 3rd Edition {Autoblog}

Jun 21st 2008 9:41AM I didn't get anything, maybe I should have a kid or something, so I can get something. So unfare.
But I gave my dad a big hardy 'happy father's day'. He left town so I couldn't give him anything, I just said I ate his gift. I suppose I should say it also tasted good, but since I made it up, i don't remember how it tasted.

LC Biofuels jots a note on biodiesel price increases {Autoblog Green}

Apr 27th 2008 12:20AM If feedstock prices are set by someone else, then why don't they set fuel prices so the oil companies can't claim 50 billion in profit for the year.

VIDEO: Stretching a Smart ForTwo to four seats... vertically! {Autoblog Green}

Mar 30th 2008 11:47AM Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't Smart have the four four?
The video was pretty cool too. I thought he was actually going to keep it upright.

Diesel + LPG = WOW! {Autoblog Green}

my name is Blaine Decker, not Blain. But thanks for noticing.
What you have stated does not make me wrong. I know America makes great progress and is very technologically advanced, but what I am trying to say is the government takes control. There are countless numbers of ideas, inventions, and creations that never come fruition. Many of which start, factories get built, and then weeds start growing in the parking lot because some governmental control has kept it from becoming available to the public. There is a lot that the American people have no idea has happened, kept hiden from our eyes, and thats the way the government wants to keep it. And frankly thats they way it needs to stay, for some. Imagine if we, as america, knew what REALLY was happening.

Top word of 2007: hybrid (representing all things green) {Autoblog Green}

Mar 29th 2008 11:35AM You have got to be kidding me. Al Gore is the top name. What an moron. Let me fly all over the world, drive in fancy cars to concerts using elctricity to promote how we need to be more green, all while living in a non-ecofriendly house, driving non-ecofriendly cars, wearing non-ecofriendly clothes, eating factory produced food from non-ecofriendly factories, and wasting the oxygen we breathe and emiting more carbon dioxide in the air. Just saying his name is a waste of oxygen.
On the other hand, those other top words make perfect sense.

Car of the decade: Tesla Roadster or Porsche Cayenne? {Autoblog Green}

Mar 27th 2008 9:44AM the Prius is only considered because of the drivers, not because of what it is. If you wanted first hybrid, or electric car, then EV1, or Honda Insight.
If you go for ability, then what about the Smart, it came out years ago, and still had a great mileage back then, and it is not a hybrid. Even the diesel variant gets 75 mpg. Wait until its a diesel hybrid, then we'll see what its really capable of. Either route, its certainly NOT the Prius. It was not the first for anything, besides capitalizing.

Eco-towns in the U.K. post 15 mph speed limits {Autoblog Green}

Mar 26th 2008 9:51AM Venice Beach and 3rd Street Promenade are two examples I can think of that do great for businesses but require you to park elsewhere and walk to the actual location.
I am just not keen about the 15 mph(was that suppose to be kph). Has anyone done tests to see how much more polutant a vehicle is at that speed instead of lets say 25. Some vehicles just don't want to drive in the right gear at that speed.

The emerging skepticism about carbon capture {Autoblog Green}

Mar 24th 2008 9:51AM THANK YOU! but I will add one more to the easy solution list. Plant some tree's. How dumb can those researchers be?

Oil prices fall over $4 after hitting new record highs {Autoblog Green}

Mar 19th 2008 10:03AM Just because the price of oil dropped, doesn't mean we will see it at the pump. No sir re. They will just hold steady. Give americans a break, please, why do you think Bush is an oil man, because they make the money, and keep it for themselves.
