May 7th 2008 4:20PM Flat tire? You can easily take this thing apart, or even use fix a flat to keep going until you have to replace the tire or rotate it..
If they can design the batteries to fit in the spare tire space in the trunk it will save the trunk for other things. Two things that I want to know.
Does it affect the wheel allignments?
How will it do in rain or snow?
as others have mentioned what about MPG improvements.

Dec 7th 2007 11:50AM Just because the automakers support the bill publically, after apposing it for quite some time mind you, does not mean that they have abandon all other avenues of blocking the bill from going forward.
It makes perfect sense to me to save face support the bill publicly and use the back-door efforts to stop it from going forward,
So the bad guy is congress and not the automakers!! Think again..
