Apparently automotive pricing in Japan is not quite as flexible as it is here in the U.S. Unlike the U.S. market, where it's not uncommon for manufacturers to adjust prices several times in a single model year, carmakers in Japan generally don't adjust prices until a model change. They concentrated all the leadership on everything on the stock market in new york and all the price of everything is jack up everyday. Maybe after the west crash we will be under the chinese goverment ruling.

The Harrier is not called the Highlander in the U.S., it's the Lexus RX model.
