Bridgestone and FIA start a campaign to promote green driving

Wow, another list. Japanese tire manufacturer Bridgestone and the International Automobile Federation (FIA) have announced a new campaign to promote "green driving." The campaign, nicknamed "Makes car green," aims to raise awareness among drivers so they can reduce their impact on the environment.

The campaign will promote a 10 to-do list for motorists to "think green" when driving. The list will be promoted in June. Bridgestone remarked that environmental protection was one of the key challenges our society is facing and the manufacturer's association with FIA offered a great opportunity to promote this message. Why wait until June to think green? Some of these tips are quite well-known: buying a greener car, using correct tire pressure, better travel planning and using the A/C wisely.
