Tiring of waiting for his mum to hand over the top job in the family, Britain's Prince Charles has in recent years taken up causes like architecture and the environment. In advance of the London-to-Brighton eco-car rally which is taking place today, World Environment Day, the Prince of Wales took time to check out a new BioPower Saab recently.
The Prince drove the ethanol-fueled Saab 9-3 convertible and then chatted with Saab GB managing director Jonathan Nash about the new car. Charles had already had his Jaguars and Land Rovers set up to run on biodiesel and was very interested in the ethanol-powered ragtop Swede.

Biological fuel are in reverse of their natural cycle. Nature give biology with water and sunlight and there is a cycle where new biology is feeded with dead biology. If you burn biology it cannot feed the land thereafter and you cut the food chain, it pollute the air that's all. The best energy is electrolysis of water, it don't do pollution at all. petrol is very very old biology that is useless that's why it must be chosen as a fuel before crop but water is simpler. Recently in 1986 approximately some people have discover a way to electrolyse water( separate water in 2 part, oxygen and hydrogen)with very little electricity. not a lot of people want this technology because their jobs depend on the problems of feeding the cars and homes and the stomach of peoples with available energy. The less energy on the market the more their jobs of salvaging the situation is needed. If there is plenty of energy then they feel their jobs is not needed anymore. Normally the first amendments of the u.s.a should permit anyone to produce and sell a car that run on water(electrolised onboard the car). Such of these cars exist but people are so negative and need a job that they prefer having to solve big artificial problems. the president of toyota abouth 8 months ago said that they can build a car that can travel new-york to los angeles back and forth while cleaning the air on a single tank of water but they have been discouraged along the way by officials , maybe some engineers inside theirs own compagny that needed a jobs. So i think that the big issues is jobs vs efficiency.
the consumer is left alone in the dark having to feed many people before touching his/her car.
