Biodiesel tested in garbage trucks in Taiwan

The Taipei County Environmental Protection Administration is testing 183 vehicles in the city of Zhonghe to see how they operate on biodiesel. The vehicles, mostly garbage trucks, are running on B20. Zhonghe mayor Qiu Chuiyi says these vehicles are perfect test vehicles for the cleaner fuel with because they are frequently near residents and they use a lot of fuel. The Taiwan government says that the program not only makes the cleaner air for people to breathe, but it also gives the citizens a chance to laern about biodiesel and environmentalism. Because, really, who better to learn about cleaning the air than the garbage truck driver?
